Splash Paint Studio Cancellation, Guest Count Changes & Rescheduling Policy:
Over 48 hours in advance of your Splash Paint Session:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of your Splash Paint Session receive a full refund.
Changes to guest count made more than 48 hours in advance receive a refund for the price per guest reduced.
Rescheduling more than 48 hours in advance of your Splash Paint Session is free of charge.
48 hours or less in advance of your Splash Paint Session:
Cancellations made 48 hours or less in advance of your Splash Paint Session will not receive a refund.
Changes to guest count made 48 hours or less in advance of your Splash Paint Session are non-refundable and not subject to individual rescheduling. Rescheduling 48 hours or less in advance of your Splash Paint Session is an option for a $30 fee.
Once you have rescheduled your Splash Paint Session, you are no longer subject to a refund if you cancel your rescheduled time, even if before 48 hours.
No Shows:
If your whole party or an individual guest in a party do not show up to their Splash Paint Session, they will not receive a refund and do not have the option to reschedule. Calling in at the time of the Splash Paint Session or after the fact are considered no shows.
This policy is in place because we are by appointment only and we staff each Splash Paint Session based on booking reservations. We mix paint, set up stations and prepare the studio in advance for each guest’s arrival. Please understand that last minute cancellations and changes are a deficit to us as a small local business and to our team of local artists. We cannot afford to make exceptions to our policy.
